This blog talks about my work. East West Center for Counselling and Training is a psychological counselling center. Being a counsellor, counselling supervisor and a trainer for counsellors, I head the team of 7 counsellors + a counselling supervisor.

- Behaviour issues with children
- Children in the middle of child custody or newly divorced parents
- Building self esteem of children with special needs - LD, slow learners, ADD etc
- Sessions for children are either group therapy or individual sessions
- Couple/ marriage counselling
- Working with same sex couples
- Adult children and parents conflicts
- Working with grief
- Post Traumatic stress disorder
Training:
- Adolescent issues - gender, attractions etc
- Workshops for parents, teachers and children
- Training for counsellors/ therapists on child friendly approaches
Our offices are located in Nungambakkam and Kilpauk.
Our methodology include using art, theatre, story, movement and music.
